Glenn has over 18 years’ experience working in a diverse number of industries including government, education, healthcare, transport, asset intensive industries and the commercial sector. His extensive public sector experience has been gained working directly in senior executive positions and as an independent consultant over the last 7 years. As an independent consultant, Glenn regularly leads the Tractix team in conducting reviews for Queensland Government into the effectiveness of governance arrangements and related controls, implementing practical and achievable outcomes in complex service delivery environments. 

Ash brings over 10 years' experience in system design and business transformation, regularly working with Emerging Technology, SM, IT and Communications management to deliver projects in fast paced, often mission critical environments. This experience equips Ash to manage transformation projects to deliver the maximum potential benefits. Ash's background in Design, Project Management and Project Delivery and provides a rounded approach, combining strong technical knowledge with pragmatic delivery expertise. His ability to bridge strategy, governance and delivery provides clients with a well-rounded perspective that ensures recommendations are both practical and implementable.

Christian is an experienced delivery lead with a strong background in project management in combination with organisational change. His expertise is result of over 20 years’ experience leading and managing change in both Government and commercial environments, in and outside Australia. Christian has led projects in infrastructure and engineering, and within the military in international scenarios.  He combines deep practical experience with structured best-practice delivery disciplines, enabling him to translate strategic intent into well-defined artefacts, processes and outcomes. His strengths lie in aligning stakeholders, embedding robust methods, and driving momentum across multi‑party delivery environments.

Jean brings over 10 years’ experience delivering operational transformation programs across various industries including Government, Transport and Financial Services. She has worked closely with public sector clients to drive initiatives that improve service delivery, strengthen governance and deliver meaningful outcomes for communities. Jean brings strong expertise in operational excellence frameworks, operating model design, technology led transformation, and stakeholder management, enabling her to support complex change programs that align operational outcomes with public policy and strategic objectives.

Kerry possesses over 14 years of consulting experience working within large teams to enable delivery of their objectives. She has served clients in both the private and public sector including the financial, transport, energy, water and mining sectors. With a strong foundation in business analysis, service design, and research, Kerry is passionate about enabling organisations to design and deliver services that align with customer needs while driving sustainable economic outcomes.
