Glenn has over 18 years’ experience working in a diverse number of industries including government, education, healthcare, transport, asset intensive industries and the commercial sector. His extensive public sector experience has been gained working directly in senior executive positions and as an independent consultant over the last 7 years. As an independent consultant, Glenn regularly leads the Tractix team in conducting reviews for Queensland Government into the effectiveness of governance arrangements and related controls, implementing practical and achievable outcomes in complex service delivery environments. 

Ash brings over 10 years' experience in system design and business transformation, regularly working with Emerging Technology, SM, IT and Communications management to deliver projects in fast paced, often mission critical environments. This experience equips Ash to manage transformation projects to deliver the maximum potential benefits. Ash has a background in Design, Project Management and Project Delivery and provides a rounded approach. 

Kylie is an accomplished executive, with over 15 years’ experience in Commonwealth and State Government environments and as an independent consultant. With a strong background in organisational change management, Kylie has a unique ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders to envision and implement change programs. Kylie has a passion for business improvement and strengths in documenting and redesigning operating models, governance and business processes to achieve service improvements, contemporary practices and public value. 

Mats is an experienced information technology leader with a strong background in managing and delivering complex and bespoke solutions for a range of demanding and challenging environments. With over 20 years in the industry, Mats has worked in various national and global roles including consulting and management positions for a range of public and private clients involving government, law, and the financial services sector. Mats provides a proactive leadership approach across multiple domains and disciplines with a focus on integrity and delivering high quality solutions that align with business values. 

Peter has more than 20 years' experience in critical information technology environments, thrives on solving complex challenges, and finding ways to improve business functions through innovative thinking. This includes senior operational and strategic roles in emergency services, public utilities, telecommunications and procurement. Peter has led large teams of technical and non-technical people and understands complex organisational & commercial factors that deliver tangible, measurable outcomes.  

Mike is an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a background including Government and private industry, health, surveying, transport and emergency services with a focus on customer experience. Mike’s experience includes end-to-end analysis processes, from managing stakeholders and situation analysis to the development and implementation of program documentation and methodologies. Mike’s approach centres around the opportunity to deliver complex solutions and systems to practically support the end user experience. This outcome focused approach enables highly technical systems and solutions to be managed and delivered effectively.

She has served clients in both the private and public sector including the financial, transport, energy, water and mining sectors. Kerry has significant experience in business analysis and design and procurement advisory. She enjoys working on projects that that contribute to economic growth and sustainable development of Queensland industries and communities. 

Having recently completed her bachelor’s degrees in Business (Marketing) and Psychological Science, Cianna brings a dynamic skill set to the table. With over 8 years of diverse administrative experience, she's adept at orchestrating behind-the-scenes project management for smooth operations. Combined with her consulting expertise and experience working with Major Queensland Government Departments, Cianna plays a pivotal role in stakeholder engagement, coordination, and delivery planning activities.
